Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern use of 200FreeCarLeads.com and participation in programs provided by Free Car Leads LLC. By requesting or accepting leads, you represent that you are authorized to act for the dealership or business receiving them and agree to these Terms.
2. Free 200-Lead Evaluation
A qualifying dealership may receive 200 free and exclusive car-buyer leads to evaluate through its normal sales process. The free evaluation does not require a contract for future lead purchases, a purchase of additional leads, a testimonial, a review, or any other commitment to continue.
3. Qualification and Service-Area Availability
Qualification may consider the dealership’s location, surrounding population density, ability to manage the lead volume, and lead availability. The free-lead opportunity is limited to one qualifying dealership within each 15-mile service area. Once a service area is claimed for the free offer, that free offer is no longer available to another dealership in that area. Dealership groups with multiple locations may be evaluated separately when their locations serve separate available service areas.
This free-offer service-area limitation does not create permanent territorial exclusivity after the free evaluation.
4. Lead Characteristics
For the free evaluation, each lead is intended to be 48 hours old or less when provided, to represent a buyer within approximately 15 miles of the qualifying dealership, and to be provided to one dealership only rather than simultaneously distributed to competing dealerships. Lead information includes the buyer’s name and phone number, with an email address when available.
5. Dealership Responsibilities
The receiving dealership is responsible for its own contact practices, sales process, recordkeeping, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations when contacting or communicating with consumers. Lead information may be used only for legitimate vehicle-sales follow-up and may not be sold, transferred, published, or redistributed to unrelated third parties.
6. No Sales Guarantee
Free Car Leads LLC does not guarantee appointments, contact rates, credit approval, vehicle sales, revenue, or any particular business result. Results depend on factors outside our control, including response time, follow-up, inventory, pricing, availability, financing, and the dealership’s ability to connect with each buyer.
7. Optional Paid Continuation
After the free evaluation, the dealership decides whether continuing makes sense. Any paid continuation is optional and is governed by the pricing, minimum order, rate-guarantee period, delivery terms, and other terms confirmed for the applicable program before purchase. No continuation price is created merely by participating in the free evaluation.
8. Payments and Refunds
The free 200-lead evaluation has no purchase price. Paid orders, if any, are subject to the Refund Policy and the terms presented or confirmed at the time of purchase.
9. Availability and Changes
Lead availability can vary by market and service area. We may decline or discontinue participation when a dealership does not qualify, a service area is unavailable, lead supply is insufficient, or these Terms are violated. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version on this website.
